The lobster there is surprisingly amazing. Last time I went there, the steak was good but underwhelming. Don't get the filet.

the lobster mac and cheese? That sounds interesting...

Steak is done right there. Very hot oven. Oh but it's hard to decide what to get? Then, get the best of both top cuts.
Get the "porterhouse for two" which is served tableside,bone-in, and sliced for you while they do the ladling over that hot chateaubriand sauce. It's nice to get the flavor and tenderness differences of the two steaks on either side of the bone, filet and new york strip. Heaven. Really the best thing on the menu.

Ruth's Cris is known for their new orleans origin, so you can be sure your creme brulee won't be disappointing. Save room or take it home.

They're most known for their steak-pairing creamed spinach side, but get what you want for the rest of your apps and sides.

Warmed dinner plates are essential to maintaining a nice hot meal until the point you finish your steak, and not often done anymore. I would consider it something other than schtick, more like extreme thoughtfulness.

they are sizzling hot so the steak kinda cooks on the plate, its more than just "warmed"

>> No.10407850

>500 degrees
>"warmed"

warmed plates are standard in mid-high end places. 500 degrees is burning-stove tier.

Get the bone in cowboy ribeye with the blue cheese crust on top. One of if not the best steak ive ever had. And get it medium rare.
