Anyone ever eat uncooked instant noodles as snacks?
Sometimes I like crushing up a bag and then mixing in the dry spices. Eat it like a bag of chips.

People in Korea do it often enough that a company makes a product dedicated for it. The flavors are more geared towards chip flavors rather than broth and the seasoning tends to be a bit less strong since you're directly consuming in without dilution.

Prison food, seriously. They're dirt cheap, and you need to buy your own hotpot to cook them, otherwise you eat it uncooked, The hotpot doesn't heat the water enough (so you can't splash it at someone to use as a weapon), so inmates just crush the shit up in the bag, sprinkle on the seasoning, then eat it that way.
