Toast some bread and smear some avocado on it.

Drain some of the oil from the can of sardines into a small bowl and whisk with a little vinegar of your choice to make a simple vinaigrette. Add a little bit of whatever herbs you have laying around, then toss the sardines in the dressing. They'll probably break up a little while your tossing them in the dressing, but that's fine. Mash the sardines onto the avocado spread, season with coarse salt on top.

Just got into the deenz, bought pic related, they have spine in and it seems like organs too, also scales. They taste alright for my first experience. What do you all think of em? dont like that spine texture though, organs gross me the fuck out too
