I don't get how they achieve this, there are boards directly above the make-line that specify the exact appearance and grams of cheese/ sauce that need to be on a pizza. Still though I suppose many do neglect this and typically over-top anyway (haven't seen anyone really under-top on cheese/ sauce except for myself when I started). Also never purchase pizza for full price, we are trained anyhow to always use deals since there is no logical reason as to why anyone would pay such an amount for a large pizza, if they are just ordering one pizza and its set in stone then I'll make it a create your own and put on the toppings separately to take off 30% of the price.

I'm from one of the British stores. The only non-pizza/ garlic bread dough products we make are the dough balls (literally just stretch personal dough, put either liquid cheese + proper cheese or cheese + pepperoni, roll it up and slice into 6 balls then top with garlic oil). We never put anything on the crust except what goes into stuff crusts, sounds horrible having oil all over your hands. Never seen how American Domino's comes out though your menu does look quite amusing. Also that sliced gluten free pizza, I guess if you have a separate cutter for it though otherwise we never cut them ever. That premium range is odd too "I know let's make this exclusive by having more pizzas than the traditional menu and make them appear to be doused in toppings". I'm sure there are some pros in the end though it looks real messy.

The butter, not so much. Olive oil can actually be before and/or after you bake the pizza depending on what you like.
There are a lot of ways to make a cheap pizza taste better. I have worked at Little Caesars for a year and a half so I have some experience with making some great stuff with the cheap ingredients
