This. If I even hear a hesitation from the waitress who thinks the chef will have some issue or its a bad idea to do it that way when you order it that way, I'm complaining to corporate or the owner. If I am alone, I'll leave. Some people have immune system issues, pregnant, or simply well educated medical professionals. These people want their food cooked a certain way, period. And, if a chef thinks that is wrong, you automatically know they don't know how to cook well. Untrained. Untraveled. Limited palates. Low IQ. Trash tier.
