yep and bear in mind it's in the ration for a reason, that being that a lot of normies don't like black coffee and load the fuck out of it with sugar and crap.

the sports drinks in MREs/rations are there mostly because water in the field can taste terrible. It's as much a sports drink/electrolyte replacer as it is there to mask the flavor of stale iodine water.
