It only has the fish heads on top, as they cook the oils in the head seep out and flavour the inside of the pie - which is often filled with boiled eggs, mashed potato and the flesh of the fishes used.

It's really quite good.

Faggots are minced liver, heart, kidney, breadcrumbs, fat and seasoning. They're liked a really soft meatball with a stronger flavour.
