I love the taste of mushrooms. I despise the way a mushroom feels when you bite into it, however. It sends chills down my back. Which sucks, since I love how well they work in most dishes. I hate that part of my self.

I mean you're wrong about it not having fiber (it does, it has tons) but the rest of the stuff about the lack of vitamins is 100% correct. Corn is a fucking grain, it should never be seen as anything more than a source of starch and fiber.
