My friend is an eccentric gay millionaire, and he likes to throw theme dinner parties. For example, one time he did a "Food of the Damned" menu and served shit like goat's head garnished with boiled silkworms and a blood stew, and another time it was a "Fairy Tale Feast" with a pumpkin carriage and "poisoned" apples laced with GHB. His next party is going to be "Toilet Treats", and he has most of the menu figured out, but he's not sure how to pull of the poop sandwich. So, what could someone make that would look like a poop sandwich but isn't actually a poop sandwich?

Take the whitest bread you can find and fill it with a bunch of poop-shaped meatballs, preferably mix some corn into the meatballs to add to the authenticity of the meal. Can't think of what else to add but I'd say try and find a yellow sauce to add to it and something white, like cauliflower.
