Whatever I felt like it that day. If I want to eat it with rice, then I would cook it into an omelette with some fried onion. If I want a quick meal, then I would make an egg sandwich with a slice of cheese. If it a very cold day, I would use single bag of ramen/instant noodle and drop two eggs while it boiling. Ramen/Eggdrop soup is so heartwarming.

I make an egg omelette sandwich that is insane. I chop half a cup of jalapenos, red peppers, onions and roma tomatoes, cook some eggs, add the veggies and shredded cheese, toast some sourdough bread, butter one side of the bread, add the omelette which I shape into a square for the sandwich, add two strips of the finest turkey bacon, add a side of potatoes, and you got the breakfast of champions.
