I want to start cooking more potatoes, veg, and meat. Ground beef is fairly cheap, but greasy, and cleanup takes forever! What tools do I need to make cooking ground beef easier and less greasy?

My grandmother used to cook ground beef every day, and it never tasted dry, maybe a bit of gravy. Carrots, potatoes, and peas were always a staple too. How can I best reproduce this home cooked meal in ample time every day, and make it taste good?

Not for me, there's usually a bit stuck to the pan, and even after a light scrub the pan will feel oily and greasy. Along with whatever else it comes in contact with.

Use a cast iron skillet and start with a tiny dab of cooking oil. If your pan is oiled properly it should never stick and if it does you are over cooking it a lot.
I cook ground beef all the time and I never have anything in the pan post cooking that can't be rinsed or wiped out using a paper towel.

Roast chicken instead, then pull it from the bone, shred or dice. use like hamburg.
