I fried a chicken breast, too thick slice i know it now, but appeared fine before frying. Anyway, i fried it 5 min each side, checked inside, all white. but when ieating it was chewy, not rly like eating raw, but had this strange feeling to it, meat was soft, but felt lil slimy. Still all white inside no pink spots for sure.
Am i in danger? did something went wrong?
