Needs more celery and garlic, and the potato to egg ratio is kinda screwey- it's should be about an egg for every potato, if you've got 5 fucking pounds of potatoes and six eggs you might as well not have any eggs. Sweet relish is gross, you should dice cornichons instead.
Was Dr, Phil busting their balls over this making them fat? Potato salad isn't that bad, it's mostly a good summertime stand in for the big starchy portion of your meal because it's nice to eat cold foods when it's hot, can't be too much worse for you than a baked potato. If you eat a pound of potato salad you're a fat fuck, but otherwise you're fine.

Usually I'll also make it into a better dressing consistency by mixing it with white wine vinegar, also when I add they grey poupon, paprika, and cracked black pepper. When it's viscous/pourable I add about 1 part that mixture to 6 parts dry salad components.
