Assumptions
No extra ingredients are added to the eggs
The same amount of eggs are being used

Result
The omelette is much more filling than the hard boiled eggs or fried eggs.

Why does this happen?

Can't say I've ever tested this.

What are the times supposed to mean?

You say no extra ingredients, but the cooking fat used–usually butter–gets incorporated the most into omelettes. Only so much added fat sticks to fried eggs, and no additional fats are in boiled eggs. Fatty protein is very satiating. You did know that, right?

perhaps op uses nonstick
but even so he should stipulate before we speculate

I think the answer, OP, lies somewhere in the merging of the egg white and yolk. Where they remain completely separate in the boiled version, and somewhat separate in the scrambled version, they are completely merged in the omfg wtf am I doing with my life

I dunno. I'm just challenging the assumption in the OP that although the same ingredients are being used, more of the cooking fat does indeed mix into an omelette. Most of it is left behind in the pan for fried eggs, and none is used in boiled eggs. If OP is making a fucking omelette or frying an egg without any fat whatsoever, well shit I don't know. I've never done that. Have you ever done that? I can't even make a comment on the difference in satiety.

seriously? are you all this fucking dumb? One has a lot of air whisked in which raises volume.

so why don't they make air burgers, air fries, air tacos, air steaks so they earn more by using less ingredients and use air instead to maximize profit margins huh

If you don't think eating 4 hard boiled eggs is extremely filling, I'd suggest that you have a massive stomach

That volume is lost during mastication.
