unless you plan to reheat it in a toaster oven or regular oven it will maintain better texture then say in a microwave or sous viding it.

however if you really impatient and want your soggy ass pizza i guess you could microwave it and tell yourself that it was worth it instead of just eating it cold.

It depends how cold or how hot. Around body temp is supposed to be the best because your body isn't reacting to a different temperature. I usually reheat my food to crisp it up again or whatever but then let it cool down to near room temp.
