I know one place near me that makes really shit brisket, tastes like grease and is hard as fuck to chew through without getting shit between your teeth, irritating your gums for the next 3 days. But I know a family member that makes some really fucking good brisket, tastes like heaven, and doesn't even get stuck anywhere.
