Frosting - thick, usually put on cakes/cupcakes
Icing - thinner than frosting, usually put on cookies
Filling - goes inside pastry
Glaze - very thin and shell-like

Could you theoretically make a frosting ball, freeze it, fill it with custard, refreeze it, cover it in icing, refreeze it again, and finally glaze it?

What do you think it would it taste like?
