It's the basic southern recipe, is it not? Make some!

OP, you can hardboil eggs and keep them refrigerated. Just get them cooked and then sit back a day or two, and finally get around to that deviled idea, or some egg salad. I suggest curried as an alternative style.

Eggwhites make delicious meringue cookies.

Eggs is the fruit of the chicken. You can boil it, bake it, saute it. There's uh, breakfast sandwhiches, eggs Benedict, quiche, pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried There's egg salad sandwhiches, scrambled eggs, sunny side up eggs, egg noodles, drop egg soup, pickled egg, deviled egg, huevos rancheros, egg frittata, egg-in-a-hole, coddled eggs. That- that's about it.

Seriously though, google search.

Eggs like that? Good for 3 weeks in a fridge.
If they're unwashed they're fine at room temp.

I have a whole coop full of chickens. They lay almost a dozen eggs a day. I sell what I don't eat for $3/dozen. I however keep a supply of frozen eggs cracked out in bags in the freezer for when the hens are not laying so well. I make a lot of pumpkin pies since I had an amazing pumpkin harvest last year and those require eggs. A hard boiled egg, sliced, and added to soups/stews/noodles at the end when the cooking is done is pretty great.
