Recommend me some god-tier hot sauce.

I'm a fan of Crystal for an all around sauce. I have a local guy who does a habanero hot sauce that is just the perfect balance between smokiness and a vinegar/tomato base, I use that on anything with a rich flavor that I want to spice up.

the carribean peoples make the best hot sauce, they call it "pepper sauce"

get a bunch of scotch bonnet or "jamaican hot peppers" and blend them up. ingredients would be:

bunch of scotch bonnets
garlic
lime juice/vinegar
salt

you can also add cucumbers/onions/mango to cut the spice. some sugar helps too.

blend all that shit up, pour it in a jar and you got some slamming pepper sauce
