Where can I find the different kinds of soy sauce in the us. My fried rice isn't as good as my old Chinese neighbors and I swear it's because I don't have dark soy sauce

does anybody here have a proper take away chink recipe for fried rice? i have tried making it myself but i can't get it to be that dank golden salty fried rice that my local noodle niggers make. i have tried drying the rice and using lard instead of oil, but i think it's possibly the soy sauce? is this the right place to ask? i'm from /pol/ and i just found there's other boards here.

The people who post about soy in negative light are literally their own definition of soyboy. Go look in the mirror, faggot. You're ugly, short, bald, and forever alone. I heard a normie fat guy at the bar calling someone a soyboy a few days ago. It's on Facebook already. You're essentially pursuing rage comics. YOU'RE SO LE EDGY M8 XDXD

Most supermarkets will have several types, but most of the better quality stuff (i.e., not La Choy) is likely to be Japanese. As I understand it, Chinese soy sauce is different from the Japanese. Try an Asian market.

Because I answer with a translator, maybe it is wrong

Just like luxury wine is not sold to supermarkets
To buy premium soy sauce is a special shop of soy sauce or directly operated by the manufacturer
It is common also in Japan to purchase at the manufacturer's mail order
If you want to buy the delicious soy sauce you are looking for, you will not buy it at the supermarket

Special shop of soy sauce (seasoning specialty shop)
Manufacturer's directly managed store
Mail order sales
Perhaps even in overseas Amazon
It might be sold a little

There is soy sauce that does not react to allergies in Japan
It is soy sauce that does not use wheat, soybeans or rice

Quinoa soy sauce
Echinochloa esculenta soy sauce
Foxtail millet soy sauce
Proso millet soy sauce
And others are famous
Also long-aged soy sauce
Allergy is said to be safe because wheat and soybean protein is degraded but at the hospital

But it is not reliable
It would be better to check allergic reactions at the hospital
