Hey /ck/ i baked my first cake

The cake used to be firm and when i pushed it it sprang back. I let it to cool for 10 mins and when i came back it was deflated. Does anyone know what couldve gone wrong? I put these mini chocolate buttons in the mix, could it have caused it?

your cake collapsed anon. maybe not enough wet ingredients or something

>> No.10128562

What the fuck, what's it supposed to look like?

Have you checked your house for niggers, anon? I usually leave a few White Lives Matter and Blue Lives Matter posters laying around with my wallet on top, always does the trick.

You have an entire board for shit like that, can't you just keep it there?

This.
4chan is not a website for your racism.

Where can I go, then? Stormfront banned me, and /pol/ is full of dumbfucks.

Don't know, don't care.
Go play on Fox or something.

Did you bake it from a scratch recipe or use cakemake from a box? If from a recipe, it would help to know what ingredients.

>> No.10128819

>>10128785
Can't. News is for Jews.

OP, chances are you didn't leave it in long enough. It is sometimes a good idea to leave it in the oven after turning it off so it cools more slowly.

Would be helpful to see recipe. Cakes collapse for a number of reasons, most often incorrect moisture (either too little or too much).

/Pol/ is for the racism, they can shout whatever they want there. It's just tiring to see it outside of there, it's like walking into an Italian restaurant shouting about how great Mexican food is, it's just not the place.

I'm saying /ck/ is for talking about food and cooking, politics of any type aren't the subject matter for this board. I don't care if you are red, blue, or whatever.

I wasn't talking about politics.
If your amazon packages were getting nicked, I'd check for a gypsy infestation.
If your dog disappears, I'd suspect your chink neighbors.

Honestly if you want a no-fun-allowed on-topic-only cooking website with heavy-handed moderation, there are plenty of allrecipes/seriouseats/chowhound websites around. Don't walk in like you're a newfag that owns the place. Casual racism is chan culture, and has been around here since before you lost your virginity.

Times change and it's due time for this website to change and get rid of the "casual" racism.
There is nothing casual about being racist.

I don't know what your deleted post but shitposting has always been against the rules. If the post is at least somewhat relevant to the topic then casual racism is generally allowed.

Post the recipe if you want any kind of help
