Pizza Hutt here is like decent pizza, not full on thrown together tier, its almost like a local place in that it has decent space, tables, and food, so its slightly more treated like a restaurant than lets say the 3 dollar cardboard that is little caesar's with their hallway with a bench of interior.
It's not quality comparable to most local joints, but it's good fast food, sort of like panda express to burger king if you're looking for a close example

Alfredo and spinach is actually good there, and meat lovers with mushroom isn't a bunch of dry tiny crumbs over flavorless plastic cheese.
