Can these things be made edible?

Bake them into chips. They're terrible and socal fags know they're terrible, but refuse to abandon them because it makes them feel cultured. There is no supporting evidence that corn tortillas are any more or less authentic than flour tortillas and their usage entirely is based on what was available in the region. If you have both available, just go with the superior flour ones that don't make your entire dish taste like cornmeal

I just roll them up and eat them as they are, because fuck you, it's fucking food, you dumb fucking nigger. Try doing seven tours in the jungle you stupid fucking gook and then we'll see you talk about "edible". I had to eat Johnny's legs just to stave off the desire to pull my own intestines out and strangle myself with them, cos' the slants took all my blades. So if you ask me, corn tortillas are perfectly fucking edible you stupid fucking cunt.

OP heat them...seriously. a little char is best but even if you dont do that at least heat them.
I do one of two things...
When im feeling lazy and ghetto i just throw one directly on the electric burner for a moment then flip. You will soften the tortilla and the burned rings add complexity. They add cancer too but mostly complexity. Of i have more time i heat a cast iron griddle throw down some bacon grease and let em get toasty on both sides. Gotta watch out...with corn tortilla there is a narrow margin separating warm and chewy vs hard and non-pliable.
