It depends on how weeb exactly you're going.

Most Ramen is Soy Sauce based or Pork Based.

So it's mostly topped with pork.

Slices of green onion is pretty common, as are eggs, either soft or hard-boiled.

After having made a half dozen ramen soups, this is a bad infographic because it's incredibly dated and it bears no mention of alternative noodles other than cheap ones.
