We always tell them that it's no problem, and we'll make the large, while just reaching for a medium.

It sells burgers too, they're all cooked at the same time every two hours and we keep them in a hot hold until they're served. Customers will say something like "Can I have my burger well done please" and we have to pretend we're passing that on to the 'chef' in front of them.
