i have eaten a lot of steaks
many medium rare and rare
for some reason, despite most people swearing by rare and medium and against well done
well
i still quite enjoy well done and the way it bites and tastes
the medium and rare is too often too chewy and juicy for me
and these are steaks i cooked myself improperly or something
this is steaks cooked by someone who very much enjoys his rare
