It's not 'incorrect' as much as it is half-truths. Arsenic was indeed a component in chicken-feed additive a few years ago, but it was intended to kill parasites rather than tint meat; an FDA study revealed that arsenic levels were higher in fed chickens than expected (though not to a harmful degree), but Pfizer stopped sales regardless.
And honestly, most ground-meat products and hot-dogs are made from the worst cuts and leftovers. Even if it's unlikely to make you dangerously ill, you'd be better off eating actual food.
