I'll assume that's matcha. If you actually did this then I like the presentation of the bread, it'd definitely a get a lot of likes on instagram. The hearts are a bit tacky though and clash with the "sophisticated" look of the rest of it and I'd recommend learning a bit more about making the latte art and trying for some vines or something. Honestly though I think just plain matcha would be the most elegant top considering the simple cleanness of the rest of it.
8/10 on the instagram scale.
