I have a pot still. I wish I had bought a reflux. But now that its winter Ive been getting a urge to brew some more. Free heat and easier to keep my tiny condenser cold.

Fermenting needs cleanliness. Distilling does not.

Usually it's an all day en devour. But I've had to do it over a few days before.

New pet bucket that has been sterilized with starsan. Usually new airlock too but sometime I wash them.
