I've never cooked with garlic before. How do I use this? I've heard that you can overcook garlic

You can overcook anything. Also, that shit is gross. Buy cloves and mince them yourself. If you must use that, you can use it in anything you want to add garlic to. Just cook it with something in a skillet.

You mean burn it right?
Just don't use high heat when frying garlic. And as long there is liquid in the pot/pan you don't need to watch anything.

its not that hard just put olive oil in pan on low heat>>wait a couple mins>>add garlic and stir around, then stir intermittently for about 5-10 mins, then add your other ingredient

garlic hasto be cooked first otherwise it doesnt get cooked

if it gets over cookd the smell will change as will the taste, it jsut wont be as good. It'll taste kinda burnt. As long as you dont put the heat too high it wont burn

that stuff kind of tastes like sulfury vinegar, so anywhere you think that taste would go well, use it there

It cooks a lot faster than onion. But its not hard to learn to cook with. Just like all vegetables.

This. Frying is the only thing you need to worry about. In pretty much all other instances you want to cook garlic with the other ingrediants for a while to get those flavors fucking like a 16 year old on coke.
