I tossed an orange in the glaze for a few minutes to let it get hot, then pulverized it in a hand blender, then put it back into the glaze.

Well, just for that, you get the glaze recipe

1 1/4 cups of packed brown sugar
1 6 oz can of pinapple juice
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of singer
1/3 cup of honey
1 orange (i used cara cara) peeled

Combine ingredients in a medium sauce pan, and wait for it to get hot.

Then, take the orange out and put in the food processor and crush until it's a fine paste and put back into the glaze and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
