If I go out to eat I just shove whatever there is in a sandwich. 2 eggs, bacon(or whatever meat), beans, hashbrowns, whatever. Just shove the entire breakfast between 2 slices of bread.

There are products without dairy labeled as "creme" because they are required to, since only things with dairy can be labeled "cream".
