They're alright. The few times Ive had them they came out a bit dry. I'd honestly just get nuggets if I'm going to eat at McDonalds. If I want chicken I can make it myself.

Hell if I really want poultry I'll usually use pheasant, grouse, dove or quail instead. Better flavor, leaner, and cheaper in the long run.

Where do they get those huge tenderloins? So far all the chicken breasts I got from butchers have medium-small tenders, not huge like those. Are most of them just flour?
