The logical answer would be introducing more vegetables into your diet since they fill you up. Avoid fried and greasy food etc due to empty calories.

However, if you just want to lose weight without caring about nutrients then you can just whatever you want as long as you eat less than your total daily energy expenditure. Basically calories in < calories out.

Personally I've lost 5 kg in the past 2 months eating whatever I want as long as it doesn't go over my calories limit for the day. I also do intermittent fasting since I don't have the discipline to eat small meals, I just have one or two big meal within my eating window and just drink water the rest of the day.
