I went from cigarettes (American Spirit) for about 3 years, to a pipe (10 months, good times) and finally to a vape.

I used to roast vapefags my entire life, and I still consider it a cringy mouth fedora. That said I love it. Feels much softer on my lungs, I can run further during cardio and during weight lifting I get less huffy.
