I just got chicken breasts on sale. What is a non retarded way to roast them in the oven? I was thinking at 350 degrees for 90 minutes with aluminum foils over them. Was going to sprinkle Tony Chroches seasoning on them.

I would do that and then remove the foil at the end to get crispy skin. Use a thermometer if you want.

Good seasoning choice too.

pound them into a uniform thickness so they cook evenly

Use a probe thermometer. Set the oven to 400 F, insert probe into the thickest breast, and don't take the chicken out of the oven until the probe thermometer reads 155 F.

After you take the breasts out of the oven, let them rest until the probe thermometer reaches 165 F. Enjoy your juicy, roasted chicken.

You can add seasonings and shit to the outside of the breast for better flavor, but consider the surface-to-mass ratio of the chicken breasts before you do that. I would start with just salt & pepper on the outside of the breasts while they cook and then make a sauce to apply when served.

I'm white as snow, fully germanic and british heritage and I only buy or eat dark meat. The chicken breast white meat meme is simply soccer moms or their equivalent on the retard right that begins with a "p" and ends with an "l."

They're bone in, so you'd want 50-55 minutes per kg (about 22-25 min per lb) /were they one solid mass/. Being that they're not, I'd weigh the largest breast half and use that as the minutes per pound weight, adding a little more time if/as necessary.

Lay them all flat on a baking sheet with whatever Tammy Cockroach seasoning is on them and roast'em in the oven already hotted up to 180c (350f). Do not overlay them.
So, say the largest, using Amerimeasures, is 1,5lbs, then you'd wanna roast them all for 33-38 minutes, then check the largest for doneness. If done, they'll all be done, so take them out and serve. If not, cook another 9 minutes and check again (42-47 minutes total).
Your 90 minute original estimate would have been fine were they one solid mass of meat, bone and skin, but they're not so you'd wind up overcooking them and yielding a ghastly dinner attempt.
Good luck with your Tammy Cockroach chicken breasts, OP.

Alternately, you can cook them 20 minutes rib-side up then flip and cook another 20 minutes skin-side up.
If desired, place them nearer the heating element for the second half so as to get crispier skin. That should do you fine.
