Carbonara

Pasta, egg yolk, garlic cloves, pecorino (or parmezan I prefer pecorino) salt, pepper and pancetta or bacon bits if your not able to get pancetta.

Cheap, delicious but hard to master. Follow a recipe.

black pepper
one slice of garlic
one onion
250g bacon bits
salt
olive oil
fat milk
champignon mushroom
blue cheese
regular grated cheese

Fry the bacon, sliced mushrooms, grated onion and grated garlic on a pan using olive oil till the bacon is done. Add the cream and stir, compensate evaporation and get the texture you want using milk, the more milk, the more liquid it becomes, add black pepper and salt, add blue cheese (not too much or it'll turn too strong), add regular grated cheese (not too much or the cream will turn semisolid), stir and let everything dissolve. Add 300g of pasta, stir everything.
