What can I make with blue cheese that will be fairly mild? I assume drowning it in carbs will make the taste less strong?

What recipes do you like. I also have some walnuts so maybe something with both?

Just crumble some into basic Mac and cheese. Makes it taste way better and cheesier but you won't really pick up on the blue flavor.

You can sprinkle it on top of a potato gratin or possibly other rich casserole dished.

I like to use it in a creamy sauce with mushrooms and served with pasta and chicken.
