You just have to call and bitch. Make sure you save the packaging and receipt because they'll want information from it. Whenever I've done it (not with that particular product), they usually send coupons for like 5 replacements for your inconvenience. It's a nice little scam if your short on cash that can tide you over for a bit but you can't hit up the same company too frquently or they'll tell you to fuck off and die.
