You need to go to a judge. Get a declarative statement. You see these hot sauces, they don't make you feel good folks, you see these sauces ruining food. Get a declarative statement on the scoville units, the judge will tell you it;s no good. We are going to start tasting our food again. That I can tell you.

What's a good hot sauce that is as vinegary and flavorful as Cholula but a bit hotter? I have Tapatio and it is fine but I would prefer a bit more vinegar without having to use as much as I do with Cholula to get any meaningful heat.

I was gonna say that better hot sauces exist, but then I saw the language on the price tags
Chipotle has the most distinct flavor, habanero is pleasant and quite hot, and jalapeno is really good for chicken, veggies and mild things

Haven't tried that garlic one, so its the one I would personally go for

Personally I hate how Frank's tastes.

Here's my sauce. Similar to Tabasco but with a sweeter flavour and doesn't have that bitter aftertaste. Also has a short list of ingredients. If you have a Filipino store in your area you should go pick some up.
