It's an observation. Look in most pizza places and you won't see a fryer--I'm assuming because they don't need one. But there will be some exceptions of course. Pizza Hut often pairs up with "Wing Street" in the same location, they do have fryers. I would imagine some of the places that specialize in selling more than just pizza might have them too. It would be idiotic to sell fries or wings and not have a fryer, if only for the reason that the fryer is so much faster than the oven.

I don't trust the personal trainer not to male fun of me behind my back when he/she is out with all their stupid looking vain instagram friends. I bought a treadmill last month and try to use it daily. The good news is I am not gaining weight like I used to. Used to gain 1lbs a day or every 2 days. I try to spend 1 hour on it in the morning and then another 45 minutes-1 hour in the later afternoon after my lunch. I know the next step is eat healthier but I love alcohol and food and the pizza and wings too much and food is the only joy in my life. The idea of giving up delivery and forcing myself to eat boiled green vegetables and baked chicken breast is depressing to me and makes me want to gag. I also made progress in my drink consumption though. Used to drink 2 litres of cola a day, now I just limit it to 1 can. Cut out hard alcohol too and only drink beer and I drink more water which is good.
