If you don't get enough sugar instantly turns to fat in the human body, which is terribly difficult to shed. So balance your diet, and you can enjoy a bit of excess. Or go the straight edge route and eat 1800 calories and exercise. Both are great choices.

Re new hit sip: anon in a /fit/ sip thread earlier this week said he lives in a town that gets trial products from Coca Cola. Said there’s a new “pink watermelon” sip. He didn’t mention whether it’s an ultra though. I’ll find it in the archive this weekend and screenshot it.
