anon you should make your own nog: it blows the shit from the dairy aisle out of the water:

12 egg yolks (freeze the whites)
2 cups granulated sugar
1 liter bourbon
4 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup dark rum
pinch salt

1. yolks and sugar in a large bowl, whisk until blended
2. add booze,dairy, and salt, stir until smooth
3. put in a gallon jar in the fridge for at least a few weeks, but it keeps getting better out to at least a year. mine's never lasted longer than that.
4. when ready to serve, whip the thawed egg whites to stiff peaks and put them in a punch bowl
5. whip 1.5 cups heavy cream and add to punch bowl
6. add egg nog and gently combine
7. serve over ice with freshly grated nutmeg

(you can also just skip all the punch bowl business if you're drinking alone in your room)
