Why even make flour tortillas? If you're going to use flour instead of making corn tortillas, just add yeast and make a proper flatbread, it'll be much more flavorful that way

The best flour tortillas come off of these shits. Soft, fluffy, chewy, piping hot, nothing better. I go my local tortillaria and buy some fresh off the line and sit and eat them at one of the picnic tables outside. It's like buying a warm, fresh baguette, except flatbread instead.
