How does /ck/ stay /fit/ and not break the bank?
I have made a meal plan myself but I wouldn't mind some criticism or hearing others plan their weekly meal.

From what I learned from research (which isn't much) I think I found a good 2000 daily calorie diet that wont break the bank and can be mostly preped for the week. pls no bully

Breakfast: Banana Oatmeal
3/4 cup steel cut oats
1 banana
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Lunch: Eggs and Salad
2 hardboiled eggs
1 1/2 cups of mixed greens
1/4 a cup of green pepper slices
4 cherry tomatoes
1/4 a cup of red onion
small handful of feta cheese
extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing.

Dinner: Brown Rice, Beans, Grill Chicken, and Broccoli
1/3 a cup of brown rice
1/3 a cup of black beans
3 oz. of grilled chicken breast
1/3 a cup of broccoli

Good diet, just exercise though. Don't expect to magically lose weight without adding motion to your routine

Yeah, I am looking to enlist in a month or so. Which means I wont stop moving in hopes it makes my body a little less sore at bmt.

I mean I could always switch it up with others colors but doesn't it lose some of it's nutrition as it gets riper?
