Par cook your fries by boiling them. 3 minutes. Drain and allow to dry. Get oil ready, peanut oil works well. 350 is a good temperature to bring it to. Fry your wings first. Simply drop in oil, breading or dredging them ia flyover shit. Fry until floating and golden brown. In a small sauce pan combine hot sauce and butter. That's all wing sauce is. Toss your hot wings into sauce. Fry your fries untik golden brown. Drain and salt after removed from oil. This is elementary shit OP. Google it next time.

easy good wings - put foil on a sheet pan and spray with pam, put your wings on it skin side up and put in an oven at 425 for like 40 minutes, don't flip them at all or you'll tear the skin. They'll come out a little crispier than you'd expect but that dry skin soaks the sauce right up and the end result is crispy on the outside with a juicy inside

>Baking your Wings
Enjoy you copious amounts of smoke. The only way to make wings is Deep frying them.

there's some smoke, I've had the alarm go off doing 2 pans at a time but it's fine with just one pan. A big foam tray of wings from the supermarket fits on 1 sheet pan so it's perfect really. You can minimize smoke also by putting an empty tray on the rack above your wings to kind of sandwich it, and cleaning the oven always helps
