Wendy's had (maybe still has) a window order limit.
At first it was something like four orders. And I did not complain as I usually only had four. I was picking up lunch for employees and they wanted receipts. It also meant instead of a line of four cars, it was just me. Hey, I'm being "green" I guess.
Anyway, they changed it to two orders. So I would order two, drive around again for the last two. Which was stupid. They said I had to come inside to order four. I started doing that.
So one day I walk into an empty restaurant and place four orders. The manager told me I could only order three at one time. So I told the manager "why don't I order three and then walk to the back of the line and order one more" and then I walked in a big circle and back to the register of this empty restaurant. The employees started laughing and the manager got pissed and told me to leave. I argued a bit and said "this is the only business I try to give money to that comes up with reasons not to take it" and I never returned.
