No worries, just thought I'd bring it to light since I used to always get Italian herb and cheese too. I found out on the Subway site. There's a nutritional thing you can set up to tell you the nutritional value of their subs and it's HUGELY customizable, it's pretty fucking awesome, and I checked out a bunch of different breads. Swiss seems like one of the healthiest cheeses though. Obviously cold cut combo (which is what I always get) isn't the healthiest choice but I'm fine with that. It's affordable, it's got meat and I also get plenty of lettuce and pickles to go with it along with onion and some jalapeno so it's pretty good.

I wonder if they hate it when people use too many veggies, because I really like to cram that thing with lettuce/pickle then with a bit of onion and jalapeno with it. For sauce, light mayo and mustard. No added salt/pepper since I figure there's enough of both in the meat itself, and though it's probably not all that big a deal especially for someone young, I like to limit my intake of salt as well as sugar within reason.
