Shit ton of roasted chicken left
I want to use up the breast and I'm thinking chicken taco salads.

Chicken had a mild brine to be versatile for lunches

I want to start with a dry seasoning
Add avacado
Fresh tomatoes
Cilantro
Beans
And fresh jalapeños


My question is how should I re heat the chicken to make the meat more flavorful before I just rely on veggies

what cut of chicken? Thighs can stand up to a lot more intense of a recook than breast can. If thigh, chop it into cubes/chunks and pan cook it with some dry seasoning till there's some browning. If breast, heat it but don't aim to change the color.
