Rockstar pure zero is OK, but if you got the default Rockstar flavor I feel bad for you because it's very disgusting sugary.

Energy drinks do not really provide much energy, about the same as coffee. If you want actual energy you need a good diet or pre-workout supplements which work well for energy.

I'm not trying 2 turn u off sips because I enjoy the B vitamins and other essential vitamins with none of the sugar and calories contained in every Monster ultra. Unleash the beast, there really is no substitute for the first sip of the day.
